Response Handling & Candidate Selection
SRS is able to compliment your own press advertising by assisting with response handling and candidate selection.
Press advertising generates hundreds of responses, identifying potential candidates is a time consuming activity which needs to be done promptly. We are able to ensure that the most promising candidates are quickly identified and contacted.
DATABASE SEARCH
SRS maintains a database of registered candidates. Once we have established the profile of the executive sought, we look to our database for candidates with the required mix of credentials, skills and experience. These candidates are presented with details on your organisation and role and we present you with the CVs of those which wish to be considered.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH
Executive Search is a service SRS offers when the pool of potential candidates is identifiable. We set out to perform a broad search and use many sources. This is a specialist and resource hungry activity which requires significant investment of time if it is to be effective.
The Process
We begin the search process by developing a profile of the executive(s) sought, including the requisite professional experience, skills and education. We also establish the compensation level and other benefits. Once this information has been established, we prepare a target list of employers to approach.
The target list of companies is presented to our researchers who then establish the names of potential candidates who are added to the contact list.
The first contact is carried out and is geared to evaluate credentials and motivations. The candidates who appear to have the right mix of credentials, motivation, and interest in the search position are asked to submit their CVs to SRS.
The field is narrowed to a shortlist composed of qualified, interested candidates whose credentials are provided to the client and interviews are arranged.
